Narayan Chandel was born on 19 April 1965 at Janjgir, Chhattisgarh. He is an Indian politician. Narayan Chandel started his political career in 1998 by electing in Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly. After division of Chhattisgarh from Madhya Pradesh he contested from Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly election in 2003. Narayan Chandel is considered a prominent leader of backward class. He is also a social worker and is part of different welfare activities for the people of constituency.
