Kapil Dev Aggarwal is an MLA from Uttar Pradesh. He was born on 6 June 1963 in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Graduation from Meerut University, Meerut in 1985. He got married on 26 January 1992 to Mrs. Anujbala Aggarwal. They have three children. Kapil Dev Aggarwal is also former Chairman of Muzaffarnagar Nagar Palika. Apart from being a politician he was also a recognized journalist; he was editor of 'Akhand Dhara' weekly newspaper during the ban on RSS. He likes writing, studying and reading books. He also rejoices yoga.
