Jebi Mather Hisham

Jebi Mather Hisham is a member of the Rajya Sabha from Kerala. She is a Member of the Committee on Housing and Urban Affairs. Additionally, she serves on the Consultative Committee for the Ministries of Electronics and Information Technology and Communications. Lastly, she has been made a Member of the Committee on Empowerment of Women.

Alongside the above-mentioned responsibilities, she serves as the President of the Mahila Congress in Kerala. She is also a dedicated member of the All India Congress Committee.

In the past, she has served as the Secretary of the Indian Youth Congress. She is a former Secretary of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee, National Secretary of the Indian Youth Congress, and Vice Chairperson of the Aluva Municipality.

Notably, she facilitated the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Aluva Municipality and W.S. Atkins International in the U.K., fostering beneficial international collaborations for the municipality's development.

She was born to K.M.I. Mather and Safia Ibrahim Kutty in Eranakulamon 19th August 1978. She married Dr. Hisham Ahammed in 2003 and was blessed with one son.

She enjoys playing table tennis and badminton. She is also passionate about football, driving and swimming.
