Jagannath Sarkar is an Indian politician. He serves as a Member of Parliament representing the Ranaghat constituency in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian parliament. He is also the State Vice President of the BJP in West Bengal.

He was elected to the Lok Sabha from the Ranaghat constituency on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ticket in 2019, and has been nominated once again by the ruling party for the 2024 general elections.

In addition to his political career, Sarkar has a diverse range of interests and achievements. He holds an NCC "B" Certificate and has been involved in N.S.S. and Bratochari activities. He is also an active social worker with Arpara Swamiji Seva Sangha.
