Ghulam Mohammad was born on 19 January 1953 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He attained degree of Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. He served as Principle of Faiz-e-Aam Inter College, Meerut from 1998-2018. He was District Vice President of Jamiatul Ulma Hind for 10 years and afterwards he became Chairman for 2 years. Ghulam Mohammad also participated in the movement launched by Samajwadi party. He got married to Mrs. Salma on 22 March 1984, they 3 Childrens.
