Major General (Retd.) Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri, AVSM, is an Indian politician. He has served as Chief Minister of Uttarakhand from 2007–2009 and 2011-2012. He is a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha. He represents the Garhwal Parliamentary Constituency of Uttarakhand in Lok Sabha and is a senior member of the Bharatiya Janta Party.
