Naresh Bansal is an Indian politician. He is a Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) member in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian parliament from Uttarakhand. He is an ex-member of the National Executive of B.J.P. and served as the ex-working President and ex-general Secretary (Organisation) in Uttarakhand, while also holding the position of ex-general Secretary within the B.J.P. framework in Uttarakhand.

Naresh Bansal Biography

Naresh Bansal, a distinguished figure in Indian politics, has made significant contributions to public service and governance throughout his career. Beginning in 2009, he served as the Chairperson of the Housing and Development Board for the Government of Uttarakhand.

In 2019, he assumed the role of Vice President of the Twenty Point Program and Implementation Committee in the Government of Uttarakhand, garnering a cabinet-rank designation.

In November 2020, he achieved yet another milestone in his political journey by being elected as a member of the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.

Continuing his dedicated service to the nation, Bansal has been an active member of the Labor Committee since December 2021. In this capacity, he has worked tirelessly to address key issues related to labour rights, employment opportunities, and social welfare, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to improving the lives of workers and marginalized communities across the country.

As the Vice-President of Uttaranchal Devi Aapda Sahayata Samiti, he dedicates himself to aiding disaster victims, offering essential support during their most vulnerable moments.

He serves as a patron for multiple organisations including Bharatiya Vaishya Mahasangh, Delhi Seva Dham (Reg.) Ayodhya, and the Human Rights Association, advocate for various causes close to his heart.

Additionally, as a President of Bal Kalyan Samiti, he leads efforts to enhance educational opportunities through Shishu Mandir Schools.

With fervent patriotism and strong nationalist ideals, he is also actively involved as a leader in the R.S.S., working tirelessly to promote India's cultural heritage and values.

He was born to Hukum Chand Bansal and Pano Devi in Dehradun on 3rd February 1955. He married Kshama Bansal in 1982 and was blessed with three children with her.
