Kaul Singh Thakur is an Indian Politician, who belongs to the Indian National Congress party. He is the former President of the Himachal Pradesh Congress committee and the Health and Family Welfare minister in HP Cabinet.
Thakur was born on November 23, 1945, to Shri Laxman Singh Thakur in Mandi. He pursued his study from the Punjab University, Chandigarh. Kaul Singh ji is married to Chinta Thakur, and the couple has one son and three daughters.
