Jyoti‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Devi is an Indian politician from Bihar and is the current MLA of Barachatti (SC) constituency, Gaya district in Bihar, representing Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular). She took the oath of office on 16th November 2020. She was a member of Janata Dal (United) before switching to Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) and was an MLA from 2010 to 2015. Devi is a strong advocate of development and has initiated various programs to improve the infrastructure and the social welfare side of the department, especially of the Musahars and other such kinds of communities.

She contested the Bihar Assembly Election in November 2025 from the Barachatti (SC) constituency and secured a win, polling 108,271 votes.
