Dilip Walse Patil Biography

Dilip Walse Patil is affiliated with the Nationalist Congress Party and a Member of the state legislative Assembly. He has been representing the Ambegaon constituency since 1990. Patil has also been assigned as the Co-Operation Minister in Shinde's Cabinet since July 2023.
Before that, Patil served as the 16th Speaker of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly from 2009 to 2014. Moreover, he held the portfolios of Higher Education, Technical Education, Medical Education, Energy, Planning, State Excise, Labour, and Home Affairs as the Cabinet Minister under the government of Maharashtra.
