Bhoopendra Maravi is a native of Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh. He has been involved in the public service sector and political activities, which are deeply rooted in the local and tribal communities. His political engagement was his grassroots involvement and party organisation within the Bharatiya Janata Party.
He made a debut in national politics in 2019 when he contested the Lok Sabha elections from Mandla constituency and thus won his first term as a Member of Parliament. For his first term, he attended the parliament sessions and focused on tribal development, rural infrastructure, and the implementation of welfare in his constituency.
In the 2024 general elections, Maravi was once again elected from the Mandla district and got a consecutive second term in the Lok Sabha. His reelection was a reflection of continued voter support and representation’s consistency. He, as a lawmaker, is still involved in legislative work and also visits his constituency.
Bhoopendra Maravi is still a gram lawmaker who is contributing to the debates of the House and focusing on development and public service in the tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh as of 2025.
