Arbail Shivaram Hebbar is the former Minister of Labour Department of Karnataka. Presently, he serves as MLA representing Yellapura constituency since 2018 as a candidate of the INC. But in the year 2019, Hebbar decided to switch to BJP and then won the by-elections. Currently, he is again serving as MLA after winning the 2023 assembly election from the same constituency on a BJP ticket.
About personal life, Shivaram was born on 4th June 1956 to Mahabaleshwar Hebbar and completed his education from Kadatoka, Tq. Honnavara in 1971.
