Chintamani Malviya was born on April 28, 1958, in Madhya Pradesh. He pursued higher education and completed his post-graduation (M.A.), following which he became involved in socio-political activities in the Ujjain region. Over the years, he developed a strong connection with grassroots-level public work and organisational politics.
He is affiliated with the Bharatiya Janata Party and has been associated with the party’s ideological and organisational framework for a significant period. Before entering Parliament, he actively contributed to party-building efforts and public outreach in Madhya Pradesh, particularly in and around the Ujjain region.
In the 2014 general elections, he was elected as a Member of Parliament to the 16th Lok Sabha from the Ujjain constituency.
