Ajit Anantrao Pawar belongs to Nationalist Congress Party. The politician is the nephew of former NCP Chief Sharad Pawar. Ajit Pawar has been serving as the 9th Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra since July 2, 2023. He is also the current Minister of the Finance and Planning department in the Maharashtra Govt. Before that, Pawar became the Dy CM several times and held many other prestigious positions under Maharashtra Government.
