Chandra Shekhar Biography

Chandra Shekhar Singh was born on 17April, 1927 in Uttar Pradesh and completed his master's degree in political science in 1950 from Allahabad University.
Another side, he started his political career with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia and became active in socialist politics post graduation. However, Shekhar served as the 8th Prime Minister of India from 10 November 1990 to 21 June 1991.
