AIADMK 2026 Manifesto — Welfare Schemes for Women

Women are the centrepiece of the ADMK manifesto 2026. The flagship 'Kula Vilakku Scheme' will provide a monthly allowance of ₹2,000 to all ration card-holding families, deposited directly into the bank account of the female head of the household.

Additionally, the AIADMK has pledged to provide two-wheelers to women at a subsidised rate of ₹25,000, aimed at helping working women and students with their daily commute.

AIADMK Election Promises 2026 — Financial Relief for Families

A one-time special assistance of ₹10,000 per family has been promised to combat the impact of price rise and tax increases that have affected household finances over the past five years.

Ration card holders will also receive three free LPG cooking gas cylinders per year along with free refrigerators and additional food supplies.

AIADMK Manifesto Highlights 2026 — Farmers & Agriculture

The AIADMK manifesto commits to procurement support when market prices fall below the MSP and promises uninterrupted three-phase electricity for irrigation. A dedicated State Agricultural Commission is also proposed to address sectoral challenges and improve farmer incomes.

Education, Employment & Housing Promises

On education, the party has promised to waive student loans obtained from banks, providing relief to families burdened by higher education expenses. The manifesto also proposes monthly assistance of ₹2,000 for unemployed graduates and ₹1,000 for those educated up to Class 12.

On housing, the AIADMK's Amma Illam Scheme promises free concrete homes in rural areas and multi-storey apartments for the urban poor.

Governance & State Autonomy Demands

The manifesto calls on the Union government for greater financial devolution to states, inclusion of cesses and surcharges in the divisible tax pool, and protection of Tamil Nadu's representation in constituency delimitation. The party also seeks to transfer education and healthcare from the Concurrent List to the State List.
