AIADMK 2026 Manifesto — Welfare Schemes for Women

Women are the centrepiece of the ADMK manifesto 2026. The flagship 'Kula Vilakku Scheme' will provide a monthly allowance of ₹2,000 to all ration card-holding families, deposited directly into the bank account of the female head of the household.
