New York, Dec 26 (ANI): It looks like the holiday season will not bring happiness to octomum Nadya Suleman and her 14 children.

Suleman and her entire brood could soon find themselves homeless.

The man, who lent Suleman the money to buy her Californian La Habre house, is said to be starting eviction proceedings against her after she failed to repay the amount, reports the New York Daily News.

Amer Haddadin, who has threatened to evict Suleman before, told RadarOnline.com that the cash-strapped mother failed to pay him 450,000 dollars in back mortgage payments by the October 9 deadline.

The controversial mother now has a new deadline of December 31 to pay off the loan, otherwise Haddadin and his lawyer intend to proceed with a lawsuit and eviction proceedings against her on January 3.

Haddadin also revealed that he actually owns a mortgage from an unnamed bank for the property and transferred the title to Suleman for more than a million dollars, the majority of which she has failed to repay.

In August, Suleman transferred title on the property to her lawyer Jeff Czech.

"She's current on the monthly payments of $4,060. The balloon payment is the problem," said Haddadin.

He, however, refused to reveal his own plans for the property.

"It's my business if I let it go to the ground or if I pay back the bank,' he said.

"But Nadya needs to get out if she's not able to pay. If she can't pay, she has no business being in my house," he added. (ANI)
