When PM Modi attended Digvijay Singh's son wedding reception

New Delhi, May 23: Keeping political differences aside, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attended the wedding reception of Congress leader Digvijay Singh's son Jaivardhan.

As per an ANI report, "Jaivardhan who represents Raghogarh Vidhan Sabha constituency of Madhya Pradesh, tied the knot with Sreejamya Shahi, the daughter of Shattrundam Shahi, a member of the royal family of Dumaria in Bihar's Gaya district."

Jaivardhan Singh tied the knot with Sreejamya Shahi, a descendant of the Dumaria royals in Bihar's West Champaran district on May 19, 2015.

The wedding reception was held at Ashoka Hotel on Friday (May 22).

Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, convener of Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena said that PM Modi did not allow Digvijay Singh's daughter-in-law to touch feet.

Bagga tweeted and said, "You are daughter, dont touch feet - PM @narendramodi to Digvijaya singh daughter in law."
