Jay Patel’s Book Barrister Secures a Significant 10,000-Copy Order for Nationwide Distribution Across the USA

Washington, D.C./ New York/ London / Mumbai : Entrepreneur Hareshbhai Bhungalia, Board of Trustee (Washington DC) of the Saurashtra Patel Cultural Samaj USA (SPCS, established 1980), has placed a significant order of 10,000 copies of Barrister Mr. Patel for free distribution to Patel families across the United States. His initiative reflects his strong commitment to ensuring that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s message of unity and nation-building reaches the Indian diaspora nationwide.

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel—India’s Iron Man—unified 562 princely states, shaping the foundation of modern India. His global stature is honored through the Statue of Unity, located in Gujarat, standing at 597 feet (182 meters), making it the tallest statue in the world. This monumental tribute symbolizes Patel’s unwavering courage, integrity, and dedication to national unity, inspiring generations across the world.

The book was recently launched at the Ahmedabad International Book Festival, in the presence of Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Union Minister of India Dharmendra Pradhan, marking an important moment for the global Patel community.

Barrister Mr. Patel, authored by Jay Patel and co-written by Abhishek Dudhaiya, commemorates the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The book vividly portrays his early years as a barrister, his transformation into a freedom fighter, and his rise as one of modern India’s greatest nation-builders—supported by two years of research and archival study in London.

Jay Patel—an Indian-American investor and author inspired by Pandit Shyamji Krishna Varma and the legacy of India House, London—describes the book as his heartfelt tribute to the Iron Man of India. He emphasizes that Patel’s values of integrity, discipline, and nation-first leadership continue to inspire generations.
