Samantha Fans Target Sobhita Dhulipala For Nagarjuna’s Convention Centre Demolition, Say She Brought Bad Luck
In a troubling turn of events, actress Sobhita Dhulipala, recently engaged to Naga Chaitanya, has become the target of online attacks following the demolition of Nagarjuna's N Convention Center in Hyderabad.
Fans of Samantha are blaming Sobhita, claiming she brought bad luck to Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya's father. On Saturday, the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection (HYDRA) authorities began demolishing the convention center after complaints of illegal encroachment on Tammidi Cheruvu, a nearby water body.

One user commented, "Sobhita leg pettindhi, ila ayyindhi," implying that her involvement led to the misfortune. Another wrote, "Since the engagement with Sobhita, things have taken a bad turn. Please cancel the wedding, @chayakkineni." A fan of Samantha, Naga Chaitanya's ex-wife, added, "Karma is a Boomerang #Nagarjuna."

Since Naga Chaitanya's engagement to Sobhita Dhulipala, some fans of Samantha have been drawing comparisons between the two women, often demonizing Sobhita on social media. For context, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya were married in 2017 after dating for several years, but they announced their separation in 2021.
Nagarjuna, addressing the engagement, had earlier said: "It has not been an easy time for Chay or the family. The separation (from Samantha) left him very depressed. My boy doesn't show his feelings to anyone, but I knew he was unhappy. To see him smile again... Sobhita and Chay make a wonderful couple. They love each other dearly. Chay has found happiness again, and I am very happy for him."
Nagarjuna's Reaction To Demolotion
He said that he is pained by the unlawful manner of demolition despite the existing stay orders and court cases. Nagarjuna stated that he felt it necessary to issue a statement to clarify certain facts in order to protect his reputation and emphasize that no actions were taken in violation of the law. He mentioned that the land in question is Patta land, and not a single inch of the tank plan had been encroached upon. Regarding the building constructed on private land, Nagarjuna highlighted that there was a stay order against any previous illegal notice for demolition.
His statement read: "I thought it fit to issue this statement to place on record certain facts for protecting my reputation and to indicate that we have not done any actions in violation of law. The land is Patta land, and not even an inch of tank plan is encroached. In respect of the building constructed inside the private land, there is a stay order granted against any earlier illegal notice for demolition."
