Market surrenders in red, L&T, NTPC, HUL loss
Mumbai, Jul 28: At 04.15 hrs, BSE Sensex was 17957.37 down 120.24 points and NSE Nifty was 5397.55 down 33.05 points.
The top gainers were ABB up 3.58 percent, BPCL up 2.13 precent, Sun Pharma up 1.83 percent and SBI up 1.48 percent.
The top losers were HUL down 3.09 percent, Reliancedown 3.06 percent, IDFC down 2.92 percent and Unitech down 2.72 percent.

Nifty falls, Reliance Industries, ICICI losts
At 02.30 hrs, BSE Sensex was 17953.09 down 124.52 points and NSE Nifty was 5397.40 down 33.20 points.
Cement and realty companies' shares along with Axis Bank, NTPC, Wipro, Jindal Steel, L&T, Bharti, HUL, HDFC, Infosys and Reliance Communications were witnessing selling pressure.
SBI, ONGC, TCS, ABB, M&M, ITC, Tata Power, Tata Motors, HDFC Bank, Idea, Siemens were witnessing profit.
The active in trading were Reliance, Hero Honda, SBI, and Tata Steel.
The top gainers were ABB up 4.75 percent, BPCL up 1.64 precent, Mahindra and Mahindra up 1.43 percent and SBI up 1.41 percent.
The top losers were Reliance down 2.58 percent, IDFC down 2.44 percent, DLF down 2.14 percent and Larsen down 1.98 percent.

At 12.30 hrs, BSE Sensex was 18105.17 up 27.56 points and NSE Nifty was 5439.50 up 8.90 points.
Capital goods, auto, healthcare, metal and power companies' shares along with ONGC, HDFC Bank, PNB, HDFC, Idea and ITC were witnessing buying interest.
Reliance Industries, ICICI Bank, NTPC, Bharti, SBI, Cairn, Axis Bank were facing loss in trade.
The active in trading were Reliance, Tata Steel, Cairn India, TCS.
The top gainers were ABB up 4.33 percent, BPCL up 2.29 perecent, Mahindra and Mahindra up 2.06 percent and Tata Steel up 1.60 percent.
The top losers were Reliance down 1.57 percent, IDFC down 1.34 percent, Axis Bank down 1.06 percent and ICICI Bank down 0.92 percent.

Sensex started tradinng on red flat note despite big events like Credit Policy and heavyweights quarterly numbers.
Maruti, Hero Honda, Power Grid, BPCL, HCL Tech, Tata Steel, PNB, L&T, Reliance Infrastructure, Cipla and Kotak Mahindra Bank were also witnessing buying interest.
At 9.40 hrs, BSE Sensex was 18073.40 down 4.21 points and NSE Nifty was 5424.85 down 5.75 points.
The active in trading were Reliance, Tata Steel, Cairn India, Tata Motors.
The top gainers were ABB up 2.94 percent, BPCL up 2.59 precent, Mahindra and Mahindra up 1.74 percent and Sun Pharma up 1.50 percent.
The top losers were Cairn India down 1.51 percent, IDFC down 1.37 percent, ICICI Bank down 1.00 percent and Bharati Airtel down 0.88 percent.
