Bihar police file chargesheet within 24 hours
Samastipur, Nov 19 (UNI) Acting swiftly and showing promptness in the investigation of a criminal case, the local police had set a record by filing chargesheet within 24 hours of the occurrance of the crime.
This chargesheet had been filed within 24 hours in connection with killing of a four month old child Anju by none other than her father at villge Fathepur Murgiyachack undr Musrigharari police station.
Anjit Paswan had lynched her small daughter on Sunday last and an FIR was lodged on the basis of the statement of Rinku Devi, wife of the accused, according to Bihar police.
The officer incharge of Musrigharari police station arrested the culprit father and submitted the chargesheet yesterday before the court also within 24 hours.
