Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner buy $16m California pad

Washington, Aug 9 : Hollywood actor Ben Affleck and actress wife Jennifer Garner have recently bought a 16-million dollar home in California to make room for their expanding brood, say reports.

The couple is planning to settle in their new Los Angeles pad before the birth of their little one.

According to American magazine Us Weekly, the 3,017.5 square metre estate, comprises of seven bedrooms, seven baths, six fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library, three car garages and a swimming pool, reports Contactmusic.

Construction of the 16 million dollar estate is set to be complete before Garner, who is five months pregnant, gives birth.

The expectant couple, who are already parents to their 2-year-old daughter Violet will join their famous neighbours actor Tobey Maguire and TV personality Ricki Lake in the posh Brentwood area in Los Angeles.
