Winehouse's dad fears she would face "long, slow, painful death"

Washington, July 13 : Amy Winehouse's dad has asked his troubled daughter to mend her ways or she would face "long, slow, painful death".

The singer, who has hits like Back To Black, has already spent some time at the rehab to fight her deadly drug addiction.

Amy's dad Mitch Winehouse has asked his daughter to give up her party lifestyle before its too late following the stunner's Emphysema diagnoses.

"She will die. But it won't be from a drugs overdose. She will die from emphysema. That will be the most likely scenario if she doesn't check her behaviour. We are talking about a long, slow, painful death - gasping for air", Contactmusic quoted Mitch Winehouse, as saying.

Amy's ill health is due to the toxins accumulated in her lungs as a result of regular drug consumption.

"I would like all the people who would give her illegal substances to think about that," Amy's dad added.
