Newly married couple found dead under mysterious circumstances

New Delhi, Jul 2 (UNI) A newly married young couple was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Shalimar Bagh area of north-west Delhi.

An SDM enquiry has been ordered and family members are being questioned, according to a senior police official.

Dhiraj (28), married to Priya (24) nearly six months back, was found dead in his room along with his wife this morning by his sister Sughandha this morning at their Hyderpur residence in Shalimar Bagh.

Sugandha and family members called the police, after there was no response to their repeated calls, which broke open the door.

While Priya lay dead on the bed, Dhiraj was found hanging.

No suicide note has been found.

Sources said the couple had a good life and were happy together.

Priya even talked to her family last night before going to sleep, they added.

Dhiraj owned a cold drink agency.
