nGenera acquires US-based Talisma Corp
Mumbai, May 21 (UNI) nGenera Corporation has acquired Washington-based Customer Interaction Management (CIM) software solutions provider Talisma Corp.
The deal would facilitate enterprise customers tools to build online customer experiences, and involve customers in co-innovation through new Web 2.0 platform, an nGenera statement said.
''We're taking content and processes from customer interaction software and mashing that with Web 2.0 collaboration tools to help companies discover new product ideas inspired by their own customers,'' said nGenera chairman and CEO Steve Papermaster.
Talisma was founded nine years back by a former Microsoft executive, Pradeep Singh.
