MLA Sunil Nayak's suspension revoked

Bhopal, May 19 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh BJP today revoked the suspension of Tikamgarh MLA Sunil Nayak, who had demanded reinstatement of former Chief Minister Uma Bharti to the post in November 2005.

In a statement issued here, the party said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and state BJP President Narendra Singh Tomar had revoked Mr Nayak's suspension.

In his letter to the state BJP President, Mr Nayak, who was regarded as a close confidante of Ms Bharti, had stated that he regretted his earlier decision.
