Uttam Galva reduces galvanized steel prices

Mumbai, May 8 (UNI) Uttam Galva Steels has announced a reduction in the prices of galvanized steel products by Rs 4000 per tonne with immediate effect.

The new Maharashtra base price for galvanized steel coil inclusive of all levies will now be Rs 56000 per tonne, the company said in a press release here today.

The price cut in galvanized steel is due to the drop in prices of HR coil by the integrated steel producer's for the domestic market, the release said.

Uttam Galva Steels is a leading manufacturer-exporter of value added steel products. In the domestic market, the company is a major supplier to the automobile, white goods, general engineering and construction industries.
