COD files chargesheets against 16 suspected terrorists

Hubli, Apr 26 (UNI) Corps of Detectives (COD) police today filed charge sheets against 16 suspected terrorists arrested on the charges of anti-national activity at Judicial Magistrate First Class Court One.

COD sources said that charge sheets were filed against Asadulla, Mohammed Asif, Shakeelahmed Mali, Alla Baksha, Yahya Kamakutty, Syyed Sadiqsameer, Riyazuddin, Hafiz Mulla (Adnan), Mirza Ahmed Baig, Shibli, Safdar Hanif Nagori, Kamarudin and four others were named in the charge sheets filed.

The arrested were allegedly involved in conspiring to carry out terrorism activities in the State.
