High humidity makes Kolkatans uncomfortable
Kolkata, Mar 4 (UNI) Excessive humidity at the beginning of the summer season has brought about a drastic change in the weather.
Alipore Met officials here said the maximum relative humidity was recorded at 95 per cent and the minimum at 56 per cent.
Maximum temperature recorded at Alipore Met office was at 30.3 degree Celsius, three degree below normal, and the minimum temperature was recorded at 22.7 degrees Celsius, four degree above normal.
The minimum temperature all over the state had risen remarkably with nights warmer than normal.
The weathermen said sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the next 24 hours with the minimum tempreature likely to be around 23 degrees Celsius and the maximum likely to be around 31 degree Celsius.
