Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s Daughter Harshita Marries Sambhav Jain In Delhi

Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal's daughter Harshita Kejriwal married her university friend Sambhav Jain on Friday, April 18. The wedding ceremony was held at Kapurthala House, the official Delhi residence of the Punjab Chief Minister.

Harshita and Sambhav met while studying at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.

The couple got engaged at the Shangri-La Eros, a five-star hotel in Delhi.
Who is Sambhav Jain?

Sambhav Jain works as a project management consultant for a private firm. Reports also mention that he and Harshita co-founded a startup called Basil Health.

Reception Details

The reception for Harshita Kejriwal and Sambhav Jain is expected to take place on April 20, according to a Hindustan report.

Wedding Guests

The wedding took place at Kapurthala House in Delhi and was attended by a select group of guests. Among them was Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

Other notable attendees included Bollywood singer Mika Singh and AAP minister Gopal Rai.

Harshita is the eldest child and only daughter of Arvind Kejriwal and Sunita Kejriwal. Her younger brother, Pulkit Kejriwal, is currently studying at IIT Delhi.

Harshita graduated in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi, where she first met her now-husband, Sambhav Jain. The couple recently married, beginning a new phase of life together.

After completing her graduation in 2018, Harshita joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Gurugram as an Associate Consultant.

Delhi CM criticises lavish spending

Speaking to reporters about Arvind Kejriwal hosting his daughter's engagement at a luxury hotel, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta remarked: "It's good that the truth is coming out before the people of Delhi. It's a positive sign that Delhi is beginning to understand."
