Chief judicial magistrate Narendra Kumar yesterday extended judicial custody of Roki till April 21.

He was arrested on March 25 in connection with six riot cases ,including a gangrape case, during the riots.

Roki was among 22 people issued non-bailable warrant for their alleged involvement in five incidents of gang-rape during the violence.

The accused has been booked in five cases for murder, gang-rape, looting and rioting in Phugana village of the district, Special Investigation Team sources said.
