Kerala Government to sign MoU with Adani Group for the proposed Vizhinjam port
Kochi, Aug 17: The Kerala Government will sign an agreement on August 17 for the proposed Vizhinjam port with Adani Ports.
The agreement will be signed between Ports Secretary James Varghese and Adani Vizhinjam Port Private Limited CEO Santhosh Kumar Mahapatra at 5.00 pm at the Durbar Hall of state secretariat
in the presence of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Adani Ports chief Gautam Adani.

The project of Rs 7,525 crore budget will be completed in three phases.
The chairman of Adani Group of Companies Goutam Adani said that the construction of Vizhinjam International Deepwater Multipurpose Seaport project will be completed before the scheduled time.
The construction of the Vizhinjam port will begin on November 1.
