Twitter Users Complain Of Second Outage In 24 Hours
Thousands of Twitter users have reported issues in the last 24 hours as the social networking site stopped working. According to Down Detector site, users on platform X have been unable to retrieve tweets.

Earlier on Monday, users in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles faced issued in seeing feeds and uploading media on platform X, formerly Twitter.
A user commented, "People in India asking if my Twitter is down. It's not here. But is it in India?".
This is not the first time when the user face such issue. Earlier too, people have raised this issue. More than 5,000 Twitter user in July complained on the Down Detector site of not being able to tweet, upload media and see feeds.
It wasn't clear what the cause of the problem was. However, Elon Musk then said that temporary reading limits would be applied for users.
It was reported that the verified accounts would read 6000 posts per day, unverified accounts would read only 600 posts per day and new unverified accounts would read 300 per day. He later posted that this will be increased soon to 8000 for verified, 800 for unverified and 400 for new unverified.
Earlier in March, the users reported similar issue. The users reported that they could not find any followers on their page and had to go and click through and find their first people to follow.
A similar problem was witnessed on the app version of Twitter, with a button reading "Let's go" that took users to navigate a list of suggested users. But somehow all the initial messages disappeared.
