Man's fantasy for bizarre sex lands him on operation table with a lung fish in the anus

New Delhi, Oct 31: In a

sexual act, a Brazilian man inserted a live American Lungfish into his anus. To the man's horror, the fish pulled itself up into his anus and got stuck there.

Locally known as the Piramboia, the fish had be removed surgically. A video released by the LiveLeak shows the entire surgical procedure at Hospital Universitario (University Hospital) in Londrina.

To add to the sorrow of the man, the nurses and doctors gathered in the operation theater clicked pictures and videos of the entire process, some of which went viral. Interestingly, the fish was alive even after it was pulled out. It later had to be euthanised.
