American woman gets 24 years in prison for pushing Indian man to death in New York
Washington, May 21: An American woman has been given 24 years in prison for pushing an Indian man to death onto the tracks of an elevated subway station in Queens in New York.
Indian man Sunando Sen was shoved under a No. 7 train by a Muslim woman on December 27, 2012, Fox News reported on Thursday.

Queens Supreme Court pleaded Erika Menendez guilty in March for shoving Sunando Sen, 46 to his death as the subway train entered the station.
Menendez however insisted that she could not remember why she had pushed Sen onto the path of an approaching train.
Menendez said she did it because she has hated Muslims and Hindus since the September 11, 2001, terror attacks though Hindus were not involved in the World Trade Center attacks.
