12 killed, 31 injured in Kabul suicide bombing
At least 12 people were killed and another 31 wounded in a suicide bombing at the gate of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Kabul.
The explosion also happened in a heavily guarded area of the city, which is also home to numerous high-ranking officials.
According to Afghan media Tolo news, the explosion happened while employees were leaving the ministry's building for the day.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the bombing.
