Tollywood actress Aarthi Agarwal dies: All you need to know about her

New Delhi, June 6: This will be a huge blow to all the fans of Telugu film actress Aarthi Agarwal. The actress died in New Jersey, US on Saturday.

Her manager Uma Sankar confirmed the report that the Tollywood actress died due to sudden cardiac arrest. The news came as a huge blow to the Telugu film industry who are still coming to terms with the news of her sudden death.

Aarthi's manager said that the 30-year-old actress had been battling obesity and pulmonary illness for quite some time. "She was undergoing some treatment and due to some complications she suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away, " she said.

Born on Mar 5, 1984, Agarwal was the most popular and sought after heroine of the Telugu film industry. She had made her Telugu film debut in Nuvvu Naaku Nachav with actor Venkatesh.

She had also acted in Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam movies.

Aarthi Agarwal had worked with well known names from Tollywood like Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Prabhas, Jr NTR, Nagarjuna, Mahesh Babu . After her marriage with a NRI, she quit her acting career but was seen in a few advertisements.

Though not confirmed there were reports of the actress making a comeback in the film industry.
