Another cop abducted by terrorists in Jammu and kashmir

A Special Police Officer (SPO) was allegedly abducted by terrorists in the Tral region of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. This is the 5th case of abducting of security personnel.

The cop identified as Mudasir Ahmad Lone was posted in the Awantipora region.

SP Vaid, DGP, said, "We are verifying the information. His family has said that he is visiting a relative."

Last week, the bullet-ridden body of the constable - Saleem Shah - was recovered from Qaimoh Gath area in Kulgam district. Shah was undergoing training in Kathua, and was on leave when he was abducted.
