To participate, users must download the latest version of the 'Rajmargyatra' app. They should take clear, geo-tagged, and time-stamped photos of dirty toilets at NHAI-managed toll plazas. The app requires users to submit their name, location, Vehicle Registration Number (VRN), and mobile number.

How to Report Dirty Toilets for FASTag Rewards

Each VRN that reports a dirty toilet will receive a Rs 1,000 FASTag recharge. However, this reward is non-transferable and cannot be claimed in cash. This ensures transparency in the process. The scheme applies only to toilets constructed or maintained by NHAI; facilities at fuel stations or dhabas are excluded.

NHAI has set specific rules for this initiative. Each VRN can earn only one reward throughout the scheme's duration. A toilet facility can receive the reward once per day, regardless of multiple reports. If several users report the same toilet on the same day, only the first valid image will be considered.
