J&K: A sniper shot from across LoC leaves a civilian injured

A civilian was injured in Jammu and Kashmir's Nowshera area on Thursday after being hit by a sniper shot fired from across the Line-of-Control. The shot was reportedly fired by Pakistan Army personnel.

On Tuesday, a woman was injured in ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Baaz and Nambla areas of Uri sector in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district.

On Saturday, a 45-year-old lady had lost her life in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Jammu and Kashmir. The incident took place at the Medhar sector early on Saturday morning.

There has been an increase in the number of cease fire violations by Pakistan as it is trying to help terrorists infiltrate into the Valley. Intelligence Bureau officials report that there is a major push being made to enhance infiltrations.
