India Clinches 6th Gold In Asian Games: Check Medal Tally And Winners' List
India on Thursday bagged its sixth gold at the ongoing Asian Games in Hangzhou as the shooters emerged victorious in the men's 10m Air Pistol team event.
Sarabjot Singh, Arjun Singh Cheema, and Shiva Narwal collectively scored 1734 points, narrowly surpassing China who finished with 1733 points. Vietnam secured the third position with a total of 1730 points, earning them the bronze medal.
In the individual qualification event, Sarabjot scored 580 points and Arjun scored 578 points, placing them in the fifth and eighth positions, respectively. They are set to compete in the men's 10m air pistol final later in the day.
