Finance Minister Arun Jaitley examines final draft of Budget 2018
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday examined the final draft of Budget 2018.

Jaitley is all set to present the Budget for 2018-19 tomorrow. Jaitley will be presenting his last full Budget before going into 2019 Lok Sabha elections with a backing of absolute majority in the Lok Sabha.
As approval by the Rajya Sabha for Union Budget is not mandatory, Jaitley is assured of getting it passed without any modifications that he does not like.
The first phase of the Parliament Budget session began from January 29 and will continue till February 9.
2018 Budget session is crucial as it comes after the Modi government's two very big financial decisions in the last couple of years- Demonetisation and implementation of GST. And also, this could be the last budget of present NDA government
