Bihar BJP Leaders Receive Victory Strategies from PM Modi for Upcoming Assembly Elections
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently visiting Bihar for two days, where he provided strategic guidance to BJP leaders for the upcoming assembly elections. On Thursday evening, PM Modi spent nearly an hour at the BJP's Birchand Patel Marg office in Patna before attending a private event at Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha's residence. He later retired for the night at the Raj Bhavan.

State BJP president Dilip Jaiswal briefed reporters about the meeting, stating, "PM Modi asked us to focus on two things. The first is to apprise the people of the benefits of government schemes. The second is to ensure that all sections of the society get a place in the organisation." Jaiswal expressed gratitude for PM Modi's extended presence, which was initially planned for only 45 minutes.
Operation Sindoor and Public Sentiment
During his visit, PM Modi highlighted Operation Sindoor, showcasing India's military prowess. Jaiswal noted that this operation has significantly boosted PM Modi's public appeal. However, discussions about Chief Minister Nitish Kumar leading the NDA were not part of this meeting's agenda.
Deputy Chief Minister Sinha shared photos of PM Modi at his residence on social media, describing it as an unforgettable moment for party workers. Sinha's son is getting married, adding a personal touch to the occasion.
Inaugurations and Roadshow
PM Modi began his Bihar tour by inaugurating a new terminal at Patna airport and a civil enclave at Bihta. These projects, costing over Rs 2,300 crore, aim to enhance air travel experiences in the region. Following this, he led a roadshow from Aranya Bhawan near the airport to the state BJP office, covering around 4 km.
The roadshow attracted thousands who lined up along the route and on rooftops to see PM Modi. His vehicle moved slowly as he greeted people with folded hands and waves. The route was adorned with posters featuring PM Modi and Operation Sindoor, celebrating India's military success against terrorists in Pakistan.
Public Enthusiasm and Security Measures
Security personnel worked diligently to keep up with PM Modi's vehicle amid flower petals showered by onlookers behind barricades. Many waved national flags and chanted "Bharat Mata Ki Jai." Among them were women in saffron turbans blowing conch shells, symbolising support for Operation Sindoor.
These women had sindoor on their foreheads, representing solidarity with the military operation against those responsible for a heinous attack where over 20 tourists were killed after being separated from their wives based on their faith.
Upcoming Events and Development Projects
PM Modi will conclude his Bihar visit with a rally in Rohtas district on Friday. During this event, he will unveil development projects worth more than Rs 48,000 crore. This initiative aims to boost infrastructure and economic growth in the region.
