Ajay Kumar Bhalla Appointed As Governor Of Manipur; Arif Mohammed Khan Becomes Guv Of Bihar Ahead Of Elections

The Central government on Tuesday made many key appointments. A communique from Rashtriyapati Bhawan stated that former Union home secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla has been appointed as the new Governor of Manipur.

Bihar, where assembly elections are due next year, will also see a big change. Senior BJP leader and current Governor of Kerala, Arif Mohammed Khan has been appointed as the new Governor of Bihar.

Governor of Bihar Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar has been asked to take charge as Governor of Kerala.

Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati, Governor of Mizoram, has been appointed as the new Governor of Odisha.

While, Vijay Kumar Singh will take charge as the new Governor of Mizoram.
