Kolkata: Abandoned bag triggers bomb scare at airport

Kolkata, Jul 9: An abandoned bag found in the domestic terminal of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport here triggered a bomb scare today.

Airport officials said the bag was found abandoned near gate no. 2 of the terminal. CISF personnel cordoned off the spot and bomb squad was informed.

Bomb squad personnel opened the bang. Nothing suspicious was found in it, the officials said.
