AAP to organise musical event in solidarity with Gaza

New Delhi, Aug 1: Aam Aadmi Party will organise a musical event here to express its solidarity with the people of Gaza over Israel's offensive.

Saaz Band, Rahul Ram from the Indian Ocean band, Punjabi singer Harpreet Singh and Nandan Misra are expected to play at the event at Jantar Mantar here, said a party spokesman.

AAP leader Yogendra Yadav, Prof Kamal Mitra Chenoy and others will speak at the event, the spokesman said.

Gaza has been under conflict after Israeli troops began bombing the Gaza strip. Many civilians including children and women have been killed in the attacks.
