Brain dead youth gives life to 5 by donating organs
Hyderabad, Aug 9: A brain dead youth gave a fresh lease of life to five different people in Guntur after his parents donated his organs through the Jeevan Daam Scheme.
Sk. Kalesha Vali, 19, who was an engineering student met with an accident on August 6 and doctors declared him brain dead. Doctor convinced his father to donate his vital organs- Heart, Kidneys and Eyes through Jeevan Daan.

His father said, "I am proud and happy that my son was able to give a fresh lease of life to five others."
Meanwhile, YSR Congress leader L Appireddy visited Vali's father and condoling his death said that awareness about organ donation was very important. He said that if YSR was in power, it would have ensured to include organ donation awareness in school syllabus.
