Karnataka Bandh on March 22

The Karnataka Bandh on March 22 comes amid the ongoing board exam season, but it will not affect SSLC exams. No SSLC exams are scheduled for March 22, ensuring that students appearing for these crucial tests remain unaffected.

However, several schools have exams for lower classes on March 22, and these will proceed as scheduled. The Associated Managements of Private Unaided Schools in Karnataka has stated that these exams will not be postponed or canceled to avoid disrupting students' schedules.

This year, a total of 896,447 students are expected to participate in the SSLC exams, which includes 461,563 boys and 434,884 girls. The state will operate 2,818 examination centers, with an equivalent number of monitoring squads assigned to maintain order. Evaluation will take place in 240 designated centers, staffed by 65,000 evaluators prepared to assess the students' performance diligently.

The authorities are committed to ensuring that the SSLC examinations are conducted fairly and securely, providing every student with the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a controlled environment.
