Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy Says Pawan Kalyan Dances To Chandrababu Naidu's Tunes

YSRCP chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday comes out all guns blazing at actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan and slammed him stating Jana Sena Party chief is selling Kapu community votes to Chandrababu Naidu. Addressing a public meeting, Jagan Mohan Reddy blasted saying "Pawan Kalyan dances to Chandrababu Naidu's tunes, sits and stands as per his orders."

Launching a sharp attack, CM Reddy said "As a marriage star he (Pawan Kalyan) doesn't have love towards any of his wives, similarly, as a package star, he doesn't have love for any one constituency, reiterating that Jana Sena chief couldn't even choose his own constituency to contest elections."

Attack on Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy
Things turned bitter in Andhra Pradesh's politics last week after a stone attack at CM Reddy.

At that time, the Chief Minister was meeting his party workers and supporters to woo them to elect YSRCP in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Reportedly, the Chief Minister had received a minor injury on his forehead above his left eye. Later, a few leaders of YSRCP alleged that it was a sponsored attack done by TDP workers as their party is going to lose all seats in the upcoming elections.

"The stone struck the CM while he was acknowledging the crowds as part of his bus tour at Vivekananda School Centre in Singh Nagar, Vijayawada," an official statement from the Chief Minister's Office said.

The state ruling party also filed a complaint with the Election Commission against Telugu Desam Party Chief Chandrababu Naidu, and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan alleging they were responsible for the attack on CM Reddy during his campaign in Vijayawada.

For the unversed, polling for 175 assembly seats will also take place in Andhra Pradesh along with 25 Lok Sabha seats in a single phase on May 13, and the counting of votes is scheduled for June 4, 2024.
